Pre-configuring mHub 2K (4×4 & 8×8) to connect successfully
mHub 2K systems have been available to purchase for over a year prior to the launch of the app, they require some initial configuration that will allow them to now be controlled by the app. If you are experiencing difficulty connecting to your mHub, please read this guide.
mHub 4K (4×4 & 8×8) connection troubleshooting
mHub 4K should connect to HDanywhere Control with little or no problem. If the app fails to find your mHub 4K system then you might need to follow these instructions to discover your hub.
